peter lloyd racing seats
Has anyone tried the £75 seats from peter lloyd racing? If so....
1) what's the fit like in a std locost?
2) what's the quality & "longevity" like?
3) are they comfy/
4) any SVA issues e.g. with harness holes
Cheers
Bob
(thinking of buying some seats....)

Still interested in either set, how much are the Triton ones (and where can you get them from) and what do the Peter Lloyd ones look like?

Pretty sure this is the right number for Triton 07870311796. Seats came with seperate sections that can be covered then attached to seat, although i
haven't got around to that yet.

These are the ones I was thinking about
http://peterlloydrallying.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=4&products_id=69&osCsid=e23147872e9c37aff9af324655ebc60e
They don't look too darth vaderish either from this picture but I've no idea what they're like in the flesh, or whether my fat @rse
will fit....
I've not got a clue what the "triton" option is... URL?

Mark's(Triton) seats are brill, not sure he is back into the locost world yet, the last time i enquired about them a year or so ago, they were
about £120 each, but were cheap considering the quality

Mine were £180 for the pair back in October 2004 which is really good value considering i have seen them for £125 each.

Those seats look exactly like the ones i got supplied with my kit (Mac#1Motorsport ZR). Ive been out in the demo with the pads fitted for about 40
mins and they were very comfy. Ive just fitted the bare seats into my chassis and they feel good.
I tried a few from other suppliers before opting for these. Main complaint with others was that they were too narrow for my shoulders, these ones are
spot on. My shoulders and lardy arse fit no problem.
I paid about £125 ish each and got them in my body colour.
Cheers,
Darren.

Phoned Triton today and they still make the seats new improved mould apparently with bigger better panels that need to be trimmed by customer. £110.00
each any colour i was told today.

They are definitely the same as mine. Very good seats. That is a good price - saving of £50 over mine.
Ive fitted both direct to the floor. Drivers side only has front two bolts for now but ive slotted the floor to make it adjustable position. Ill trim
the pads after SVA for a bit of comfort.
