racer components inc seats?

Anyone seen these before?
Seats made by Racer Components Inc.

Black fibre glasss shell, red/black pvc, some padding.

what are they worth? As you can guess, surplus to requirements.

one of them has had some steel strip added to make the runner; this can be removed if not required.

I can also take photo with cover removed - there is this strange, to me anyway, aluminium sheet making up the head reast.

pricewise, no idea what they are worth so maybe £120 per pair, is that reasonable or am I being greedy!! so best offer as always. would be best to collect as I am not sure how/what postage would be like.

I am selling since they are red/black - and my car is red but I plan to paint it orage/black plus I cannot get my fat backside into them - they have aluminum strip on the side - I will measure the width so that you won't have the same problem. It may be possible to bend it but since I have another pair of seats, I'm not gonna bother.
