Gear Stick/Handbrake Gaitors - Help

Hi guys,

I cant seem to find any I like - I've been on FleaBay - and nothing unless you're a chav :-(

I want a plain black leather (or fake) gaitor for the gearstick - with a square alloy base (or stainless) - that will sit nicely on my transmission tunnel.

I'd also like the same for the handbrake...

anybody know of a supplier who can offer this?

Or open to alternate suggestions - and pics would be good ;-)

Cheers,

Murray

Made my own gaiters and surrounds Used 3mm ally for the surrounds , the gear lever surround I turned up on a lathe the handbrake surround I marked the shape onto the ally and cut using a woodworking coping saw , filed and polished they look OK . Used the same method to make my Locost grill badge using the same design as the Locost tee shirts

I made mine too - my mums friend sewed up the leather for me - she studied the gaitor on her car, then copied. my surrounds are made of 2mm alluminuim - then wire brushed.
I quite fancied a gear gate thing, but couldnt justify the price.
well chuffed with the result though

Tom
