Seatbelt Triangles

Are these supposed to have an edge trim or cover?
I have sabelt harnesses.
What have you used?

The SVA man likes to see some sort of edging or cover - I used rubber U section trim - it fell off shortly after the sva though

Seems a pretty pointless exercise!
I was thinking of going to the breakers and getting some of those covers from scrappers.
Will they fit a sabelt harness?
Anyone done this?

Don't know about the covers from Scrappers, but it only took me about ten minutes to do so no real difficulty - I have seen some foam and vinyl home made covers which looked fairly horrible ( I think they fell off soon after SVA too!)

I used the plain rubber stuff from Car builder solutions not the hard plasic stuff with metal gripper in it so there were no scratches left behind when it fell off

Cheers

Mark
