1995 mondeo ecu pats

Hi got my ecu wired up and cant get a spark or injectors to fire suspect the pats system is stopping it , it is wired in and transponder in place my question is : is one of the four wires going to the transponder reader suppose to be + or - or is one of the ecu wires + or - that i may have missed think it may be a bit of a long shot but any help greatly recieved Rick
