F1 drive but where, Big £0 birthday next year,

I'll be over the hill next year and i really would like to do one of those "drive an F1 car, but where? i bet there are a number of companies out there some a lot better than others! The other thing to consider is the country to do it in? does anyone have first hand experience?

when i did my single seater experience at 3 sisters wigan they said they are only 1 of 2 race tracks doing the f1 car.

three sisters is not the best track to try a f1 car.

F1's

Hi

Everyman do F1 experience days at Mallory park, think its a Tyrell they use.

Although not F1, the Palmersport days at the Bedford Autodrome come very highly recommended indeed.

My B.I.L did the red letter day at Mallory. He did enjoy it to a point but you were well warned/threatened about damaging the motor and there was a £1000 damage deposit type thing as well
He did the formula v/hall etc as well it was a whole days event. The point he enjoyed it up to was when he was taken for a spin in a Cobra and the guy stuffed it in the tyres.

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

The best one, I think, is in France, you stay at Monaco & get helicoptered to Pau race track about 20-30 miles away. They used to use a Toleman, but I think now have an old Arrows. If I remember right you get a number of laps in saloon, then F3 & providing you haven't done anything silly, you get 3 laps in the F1, extra laps can be bought but very pricey
Alternatively just buy a Furore F1 & enjoy anytime

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
