Pinto exhaust headers

Fitting my exhaust at the weekend and have found that the header from cylinder 1 will not align with the others for the collector it's about 1/2" out and will not flex into place.

they are tiger supplied items......

tried bending using lots of heat and a scaffold tube but no hope...

so what do you reckon? do exhaust fitters generally have bending kit?

Always seems the same at the moment - one step forward, 2 steps back

cheers

Assuming you bought the item from Tiger I would be on the phone to them to get it rectified. 1/2" out is quite lot IMO.
