Anyone fitted a Snap Off to a Mountney M wheel?
Just bought a snap off kit from Halfords, which says it it for Mountney wheels. It all fits execpt that the horn push in the middle of the wheel is
too big to be accommodated by the plastic part of the snap off that makes the horn connection.
Anyone else had this problem before I go back to Halfords?
Thanks
Stu

I knew someone would say that!
I'll need to get the camera later.
Just had another look and it definately won't fit without a spacer to move the wheel out by about 5mm.
The crazy thing is that it doesn't say anywhere on the packaging who makes it, so I can't even phone up and ask!

Can't find a uk distributor / number, though....
If all else fails, Rally Design & Merlin both sell them....

Yup. If you have to modify anything, I'd make sure it's the switch not the snapoff!!!! Snapoff goes wrong you'ld know about it!!!

Off topic a bit...
...but does the name 'snap-off' worry anyone else when applied to a steering wheel mount?
