Asymmetric Tyre Tread Pattern on Back of Reverse Trike

Does anyone know if an asymmetric tread such as the one below would cause any handling issues on the single back wheel of a reverse trike?

Get the left handed one it will be good on round abouts well in the uk

It would seem that if a manufactuer designs it to be used so the 'outer' edge does more work, and probably has different compounds on different parts of the tread, that putting on a 50:50 situation would not be getting the most from the tyre.
