Seems like the Carver project has found a new home in the States: http://www.flytheroad.com/ At the same time it received a design overhaul. Looks great now! The plans seem overly ambitious though: Hybrid drive and a sales price of under $20,000? The original carver had a projected sales price of around $40,000 IIRC.. Good luck to them though! Would make a fantastic commuter car if they could pull it off!
