Open Office?
Free alternative....
It can't really be transferred afaik so you will need the installation disc.
Torrents?
A few years ago I used Laplink to copy programmes across from computer to computer.
Isn't that just a way of transferring data? You could try that (copy from program files) but this wouldn't make changes to the registry or
install the program properly.
Worth a try though
torrents are your friend...
(not mine as TalkTalk block P2P)

If you use Azuerus (BitTorrent client), you can configure encrypted transports.
This means that TalkTalk's traffic shaping algorithms can't detect that it's P2P traffic and let it through.
I've just done that with the new Suse10.3 release. Worked a treat.
May work with other clients too (although not on the version of KTorrent with Kubuntu)
Hope that helps,
Neil.

Eh? I download 40Gb per month on talktalk
I'm presently using uTorrent 1.7.5 and while daytime downloads are slow (most ISPs restrict P2P filesharing during the day) my downloads are
mostly done during the night. I just queue them up and let them do their stuff.
Talktalk have a monthly 40Gb limit and I often exceed that and have to wait for my next quota, usually when the direct debit is paid, and off I go
again.
*edit* I just checked and I have protocol encryption turned on so that probably accounts for my good download speeds.
