Any ideas what they are called or where to get them from

Stainless steel tie-bars with omni-direction fixings, at least that is what the site you linked to calls them.

Thanks I see they sell them as well now but £26 ouch thought It might be a little cheaper then that ? Any where else that sell them gratefully received

boat chandlers ?

Often used on front splitters. Not bought any for a while now but the last ones I got from Southern Rigging supplies. Pretty sure most Chandlers and boat builders will have them.

There is someone on eBay who sells them as Spot Lamp Adjusters.
