Hi, Iv got some pictures of a brake disc I want identifying, but how do I upload pictures?

Photo upload help please
I have uploaded several photos in the past to my archive, tonight I have uploaded 3 new ones from a folder, now on the 4th I get a messaqge saying
this type is not supported ??
Dont understand.........
