No idea which bike they're from, sorry!, but was wondering how they performed? (never seem bike disks fitted before, if indeed they are from a
bike!).

Very odd, never seen that style - looks like a bikes brake disc but thicker.

I reckon their from a bike, too thin for even solid car types.
Iv ID'd the pads and their ferodo FA145 which is a bike pad. Caliper is a 4 pot Nissin and look like their off gsxr750/1100 mid 90's.
They stop well but the trike only weighs 350kg's.
Im praying their not custom made.
Though thats not the end of the day, looking at putting soft pads in so it chews them and not the disc.
Any suggestions on softer pads?

They discs look like custom jobbies to me!
The Nissin 4-pot callipers can be found on loads of Jap bikes though

Looks like a rear disc to me, and defo from a Jap bike with a Nissin caliper, I would take it to your local kawasaki / yamaha dealer and see what they
say

These look to be very close.
Someone somewhere will know, I have a friend who has been a n=bike mechanic for 20 yrs, so I will ask him and post results tonight. They look kind
of old school as they are non floating discs with a solid centre

They look similar to ones I had on a CB550 but I think that had non-standard forks. I may have some discs kicking about so I'll have a look if I
get time.
