Amazing, Adrian Flux wouldn't insure my trike, they said because the engine was behind the seats, they couldn't insure it..... Really
funny as almost every main stream trike is this layout, They insured my Boom Trike no problem, and the engine was in the rear, Grinnall, Razor etc
all rear engine trikes. I think personally I was speaking to a bafoon at Adrian Flux because they are meant to be the only insurance company who will
insure anything.
Either way I won't try them again, utterly useless in my case, along with Footman James

Just seen this thread..
I have a one off bike style trike Reliant powered which I got on the road and MSVA'd earlier this year.. I got a good deal with Whittlesey
Insurance. They are down to earth old style brokers.

Thats a great blue, trike looks the business.
I think the difference between us and the difficulties we have finding insurance is that in my instance, its a reverse one off trike.
Most insurance companies I tried had no problem with conventional trikes or one off trikes, or reverse trikes, but didnt insure one off reverse
trikes.
