I'm very unhappy with the weather :-o
Well you may have seen the news about the golf ball size hail stones
Well as Crocodile Dundee would say "that's not a knife, this is a knife"
I say "they're not hailstones, these are hailstones"
golf ball size reported in the news, f that mine were tennis ball size
golf ball
ice age
Unfoirtunatly it killed my house roof
roof
And the conservatory and the carport and the greenhouse
But also 4 car roofs
poorsaab
This is the Saab, ignore the bits of roof tile, the dents were done by the ice
2 windscreens
poorhire
Tyhis got broken in three places
Technically I guess 2 of my cars are write offs, but I doubt there is any point in cliaming for this damage

I was glad that the sales director (utter cock) at work had his sports car dented
Bummer for you though,
I missed the Hinckley Hail, was in a biblical rain storm on the M1, on the way to Leeds. By the time I got back to 'inckley it was 23 deg and
sunny
Came back the back road, nearly gave you a shout to pop in at work - but was running late.

It was pretty bad in Thurmaston, flooded that factory where I work, and dented a load of cars, I tried to video it out of a window, but it got too
painful!!!
let's hope that the insurance companies are quick to pay out

Really Unlucky !
Friends living near you ( opposite Sketchley Grange ) had their car and caravan covered in dents, and others down by St Catherine's church were
the same. The road from the church down toward the Sapcote was a mess - tree branches, roof tiles, broken glass everywhere. One mates BMW was smashed
all over and full of ice and water!
We are over near the Chequeres pub, and managed to escape any damage, but picked these up in the garden :

Not even the Hot Hail on Flash Gordon was that big.....

Watching the clip... they could have tried a bit harder with the special effects
(BTW: movie trivia - not many people have ever noticed, but Robbie Coltrain closes the plane door 3m06s - He's credited at the end of the
movie)
