Uploading photo problem

At the moment I am unable to upload any photographs. When I press the upload button the new page never connects.

Have others noticed this or is it a problem with my PC?

Its the site, it went down the other night and some functions (search, an image upload) have yet to be restored.

Ive just placed a for sale ad up I copied the picture from photobucket no probe

Photos hosted/upload anywhere else will be fine, its the the sites built in photo uploaded that is down.
