i have a velocity and today it seemed harder than usual to push out of garage .
i have checked the front brakes and there not sticking.
i jacked the rear up and the rear wheels seem hard to turn is this normal

but i know what you mean it does fell like its in gear but its not . started the engine and no movement so gears ok i assume

Subsidence..... your garage is now on a slope?

I'd be inclinded to look at your brakes. If it's been sat the garage for a while they could be seized or corroded.

At least that's where I would start.

either the cables or the caliper piston(s) or the caliper/pad slides are favourite.
