I’m sorry this sounds familiar but I feel it necessary to highlight the problems I am having with GTS Tuning.
I ordered parts from Darren back in June and was told at the time of ordering that some of the parts would be shipped soon, but the rest would take a
bit longer. Since then I have only received part of the order with bits missing and a change to what was advertised. I also have other issues with the
quality of parts already supplied.
I have tried e-mailing the guy every few days but with no reply other than an automated response “We aim to respond within 48 hours”
I have tried to reach him on his mobile, which he doesn’t answer and when it diverts to his voicemail, the message box is full! I am sure he screens
his calls.
Plus he doesn’t answer the landline.
So what should I do now? Suggestions please.
small claims court? it'll get their attention and only costs you 20-40 depending on the size of the claim.
Thats if you have lost all hope of sorting it out.
Drop a mail to eddie99 on here as he helped me out a few weeks back when I was having similar problems with parts ordered from GTS. Parts were then
delivered withina couple of days!!

When i talked to him with emails, a while ago, he told me that he had broken his mobile phone and they were installing a new landline. He was supposed
to call me when he went home that afternoon.
Still waiting.
PS: that was the 30th of July

i only live 30mins away i could allways go and collect and forward on to you if you can get a date.
the only thing i ever got from gts i collected as i am local. darren never answers the phone i dont think he knows how to work it lol.
when i went down there he was out. i spoke to the bloke in the garage next door who seems to be able to track him down as he turned up 10mins later.

When you buy from him put it on the VISA, they will get your money back, worked for me.
