Can anyone give the basics of the running gear for this model
Ie brakes steering gear rear transmission.
Thanks
Steve
I would think it’s the like the standard width Panther but the body is +4”.
It’s all Sierra, accept the steering rack which is mk2 Escort. T9 gearbox and Zetec where the popular option.
Unlike most kits Darren used a de-deion rear beam.
So the chassis was pretty much “Locost” with the rear bulkhead 25mm higher than book to match the 25mm higher nose, bonnet, scuttle. This gave extra
room for a Zetec.
The chassis has the Sierra diff mounts but also the book style trailing arms and pan hard rod.

Hi I have a W7DE, it uses standard sierra parts however as the engine bay has a bit more room allowing you to fit in turbos superchargers etc lol.
If you need any advice or pics then I can help.
