SIMPLY THE BEST
BKLOCO - 26/5/06 at 04:42 PM

I am sick of all the all the GTS knockers on this bloody forum!

So here's a post to set it out as I see it from a VERY Satisfied customer of GTS.

My kit was delivered in a timely fasion.
(Chassis 2 weeks before agreed delivery date)
It was of superb quality.
It was priced WELL below all of its competitors.
It had some very innovative features that a lot of others have now coppied.
During the build if I wanted any information it was easily available from the GTS workshop.
Any extra parts were supplied again in a timely manner and were allways exactly what I ordered and expected.
GTS lent me components to try out and experiment with at NO COST.
They lent me parts to enable me to Pass SVA at NO COST.
I have no idea whether other manufacturers give the same excellant level of service that I have enjoyed from GTS and quite frankly, I really don't care, so please dont all start saying how wonderfull X,Y or Z is I'M NOT INTERESTED.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with the manufacturer that I chose.

Good night and thank you for listening!!!!

PS if this thread degenerates into another GTS bashing session I shall simply delete it and re post my original. SO DON'T BOTHER!!!

Glad you got that off your chest are you?

Take no notice what anyone else says BK... your car is beautiful and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise!

Well they all look the same to me [img][/img]

Does that mean those of us with blue ones are to be marginalised, even cast aside.

I thought this was a multicultural forum accepting all regardless of the colour of their nosecone.

Who's been upsetting the GTS camp now then? Must have missed that thread.

No one, I dont think. People just get fed up with all the moaning in the end. Its a shame that we have a culture where to get interest it has to be bad news. Doesnt matter where you look. Take for instance when Mark (Calvnix) posted about recieving his kit on time, complete and exactly what he ordered, there was very little interest (i am talking comparatively here). However when someone moans about something everyone feels they should have a go?

I am slightly biased in that I am building a GTS, however I have nothing to complain about. I never have trouble getting hold of Darren, anything I have ordered has been delivered in what I would call a reasonable time. Any problems have been dealt with efficiently and without question. Emails are usually answered within 24 hours, if not a quick reminder sees a reply the same day. I know I am not alone in being a satisfied customer!

I am rather looking forward to the 24th June when I get the rest of my kit. I hope to be rolling and running by the end of the summer. And I WILL be posting feedback etc whether it be GOOD or BAD.

Anyway thats enough of that...this is not intended to fuel an argument! So dont try and start one!

David

Hi all, if you built the complete thing, as I did. Then the only person that you can complain about is yourself, (have done that a couple of times, when thing didn't go as planned), but nobody answered. I did have some dealings with Darren, sold him some cortina uprights, and he did some work for me in exchange for me delivering them, I found him a most agreeable guy, (even made me a good cup of coffee), speak as you find. Nice bloke. I'll get me coat. cheers Chippy

I have always found all the guys at GTS extremely helpful and approachable.
Just the other day Darren offered me their generater and cutting equipment so i can reduce my donor into managable chunks of scrap, he didn't want anything for this, just being helpful.
He has gone to great lengths to help out any Luego builders who have had their situations more than compramised whilst at the same time had nothing but compliments for the company and regret at their unfortunate demise, many people in Darrens position could have sat back and gloated.
I couldn't be happier with GTS and i am glad i chose to go with them for my build.

Bkloco, have you now passed SVA? I seem to remember it was due a couple weeks ago wasn't it?
Cheers.

It certainly has passed.
I've been waiting for a reasonable day (when there was at least a 50/50 chance of not getting wet) when I could get over to GTS and return the bits they lent me and show the car off.
I know you get over there from time to time perhaps I'll see you there.

BK,
How did those small lights fair with SVA? Did they go thru ok?....If so well done on sorting that one.

Guys,

We aren't perfect, far from it. But we are working our way towards it, slowly chipping away. Applying systems, and developing our knowledge and experience to do a better job each day. And its working.

What Brian, Mark and David have found is that if you are prepared to join in, GTS is a family. We are in business to provide ourselves with a living, but, the satisfaction is meeting and working with the likes of Brian. We have a real laugh, and we share in the pride and accomplishment of our customers.

The more you are prepared to join our family, the more rewarding an experience you will find working with us. We can't make you join us, the offer however is open to anyone and everyone.

Kind regards,
Darren
