has there land line been turned off or something ?

cant have been turned off if they have skype which woudl require broadband which woudl require a land line

or one of the new free 3g internet cards.

also if bt have cut of your phone service adsl will still work.

My broadbean comes through a set-top box (Virginmedia/ntl).....landline for broadbean NOT required!

Same here, broadband over Cable and using VOIP for telephone. No phone line in sight!

He always screened his phonecalls anyway. Regardless of what a few people on here believe.

As far as i know, since moving to a new workshop he has yet to get a BT line installed as the workshop is quite remote so Darren has set up the skype thing until a land line gets sorted.

I'm glad for you mate. Its a scary feeling when you send a load of money to a stranger and then hear nothing for too long. Much too common in the kit car scene unfortunately I'd say.

Ohh my god, is this never gonna end.
I thought I had contact, well I had two times with the answer ohh we're just waiting for your steering rack to come, it will be here in a couple of days. Now 1 month later.
No goods received, no answer on phone, mobile or skype.
A dutch friend of mine told that this buisness has a lack of service, and now I understand why.
I really consider selling locost parts cause it must be paying off quite well, ofcause there will be a lack of friends over time. but have fun while you can.
Actually i think its really really sad. The same dutch guy wants to buy some upgrade for his MK from Darren, but he do not dare order from him....

Well most of it.
Still missing some bushes, but I was promised they have left.
I cross my fingers as I miss the bushes the most.
