1300 x-flow
i stripped this down removing everything apart from pistons, rods and crank. cleaned everything, block all painted blue and fitted with

BCF2 cam with variable timing sprocket
1600 head
new water and oil pump
new timing chain and tensioner
all gaskets changed
aluminium rocker cover

i built this engine up with intention to use in my locost but instead changed to a zetec. this has cost me £310 to build and thats without gaskets and paint.
