Does anyone know of a program that reduces video bitrates please. Preferably free.

Windows movie maker can do it. Comes with every pc.

More accurately, comes with windows.

It wont do it with mine. I have mpeg4 movies which i need to reduce in size, my Windows movie maker says it not compatible.

Do a search for mainconcept mpeg - that'll do it!
