I have been doing some research but im struggling to get the answers i need.

Im looking to remove the key barrel and steering lock from my GBS Zero and run an FIA kill switch and push button start.

The car is preliminary a track car and has an immobiliser and removable steering wheel and is garaged so security is not my concern.

So first of all is there any issues with using the FIA kill switch as the sole ignition switch with regards to damaging any circuits in the car ie ECU etc

Secondly does anyone have any diagrams of the wiring connections for the key barrel so i can piece it together the switch, relay and push button connections that need to be made.

Thirdly has anyone done this exact setup they maybe able to list the connections they made?

I’d add a latching switch tomcontrol thenignition on personally.

Something along these lines it should be if currently using the Sierra barrel. Just replace the key with the kill switch and make sure the Black/yellow goes to the Ign on circuit and the Balck/blue goes to the starter motor/pushbutton
