I currently share a workshop in Rayleigh Essex, the guy I share with may be moving out in 5-6 weeks so will be looking for someone to share with.
The workshop is around 8x9m, room for 3 cars (including mine). It has 3 phase power and water. It's on a code entry estate and has CCTV, very safe.
