Anyone else using this browser?
In the short time I have been using it, I have to say I'm quite impressed!
I gave up with it [about a year ago] and went back to ie - it was very unstable.
Maybe it has improved since then.

Funny as I've decided to give it a go as Firefox is so flakey for me!
I'm still a FF fan due to the speed. IE is like browsing on dial-up (okay not quite that bad but it's still v slow!)

chrome is the daddy. I find the odd site doesn't work properly with it, but very few. I went from IE to firefox and now to chrome and i can't stand either of the others now. Googles global takeover is speeding up!
Chrome seems good to me, been using it for around a year.
Occasionally plugins don't work properly (I seem to have a problem with pdf's, but adobe seem to be forever sending updates!).
Matt
never had any problems with IE myself. tried firefox and it made everything look like poo.
Tried chrome for quite a while and it is faster than IE but Firefox wins everytime because of the fantastic add on's available

Chrome is fine --- nothing new really underneath the hood it is just one of Linux browsers rebranded.
Never had any problems with Firefox on the numerous PCs and laptops I use, so sticking with it for now. Must be a good reason why they have ~24% of the market (and rising).

That's why I love this site; there are loads of clever people on here!
I got fed up with FF wanting to download updates every time I used it. and Taking 5 Mins to load up
Chrome is good but it sometimes takes ages to load a page. Like it missed the initial response. but apart from that I LIK'ee

Think you might be thinking of the Mac browser which is based on the Konqueror engine.
Chrome is based on Chromium which is all google's own work and doesn't form the basis for any of the linux browsers afaik.
There is a development version of Chrome for linux, which I'm using to post this, but there are good and bad releases (flash works on and off for example). General browsing is fine for vanilla sites and it's much faster than firefox or ie.
