Hi. I'm going to be bee doing the electric reverse in my bec.
I'll be using a golf starter motor but I'm struggling to locate the sprocket to suit.
I've seen some people have got there's from hpc gears but do they make it up or do they have them in stock? Is there an alternative? Thanks

I'm currently helping a friend put reverse on a road legal hayabusa buggy. I found out that it is best to use a starter motor with a gearbox reduction so that torque is very high. What we found was a good option was an older subaru starter from something like a 1999 legacy.

I don't know if a golf starter is the same as this but some useful information.
