Track Rod Ends For GTS Steering Rack Extensions
Hello,
What TRE's do I need for the GTS steering rack extensions.
I have GTS modified sierra uprights.
Do I need Escort ones or Sierra ones, and does anyone know a part number or what I need to ask for?

It doesnt actually make a lot of difference. But personally I would use escort ones...
The sierra rod ends are slightly longer than the MK2 escort ones, and slightly offset. The tapers on both are identical.
You need to ask for QR1384S for escort TREs (quinton hazell number), not sure what the sierra ones are.

If the Sierra ones are longer I would be carefull using them.
With the escort ends I have got barely 12mm of clear thread for adjustment on the escort rack.
You may end up running out of adjustment if they're too long.
I think GTS recommend Escort rod ends.
Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want!!!

If my order hasn't been sent out yet that would be great, can you send me the bill.
I am assuming the lock nuts come with them for valued customers
