Pan Hard Rod
Building a GTS W7DE, has anyone had any problem with the pan hard rod rubbing in the middle. If so how did you rectify it?
Cheers

Do you mean on the back of the Diff?
I haven't built a GTS but I would suspect that you should prob give Darren a call as thats not right.
If it was only just catching then I'm sure you could put a slight kink in it, but if you did and the ends aren't rosejointed then it would
put stresses/strains on the polybushed ends...

The P rod will probably need a spacer where it bolts to the de dion so that it clears it. I think I put a couple of washers in to give it enough
clearence as mine was just catching on the weld.

yep, ageed, that is the usual fix.
Use a washer, if it still catches, use another one and so on and so on until it clears.
Shouldn't need more than 3.

I'm building a Locost and I know myself and Gav too both cut the bush end off and replaced it with a rose joint allowing for it to be placed
further away from the centre of the axle. If that makes sense?
