Hi Mark
I ran 3mm toe out for sva at front, wasn't aware toe was adjustable on rear end mine ain't any way. 1.5 deg neg front and rear, 3.5 inch front 4.5 inch rear. damper settings I think you will need to supply poundage of springs, mine are fully soft as I'm running car engined springs in a bike engined car set-up (to mean to buy new springs)

Knew I had it somewhere. This is by snoopy who used to work for MK and did their customer builds and sva's, Used to be on here once till some absolute balloon head drove him off.
as follows
basic setup
tracking 0-1degree toe out
camber 1 degree in all round
caster mushroom inserts offset hole to front
tyre pressures 17 -18 p.s.i
damper settings around 7 clicks
ride height personaly about 4 inch

[Edited on 26/4/06 by snoopy]

Ride height front 110mm
rear 130mm
Damper settings 6 clicks from full anti-clockwise
Tyre pressures 17 p.s.i
