Good job the camera wasn't on for my first session.

I'm spinning around
Move out of my way
I know you're feelin' me 'cause you like it like this
I'm breakin' it down
I'm not the same
I know you're feelin' me 'cause you like it like this

How does the fury compare to a seven shape round Oulton then? Does the aero make a big difference?

There's a good photo of your car in the Track Days section of Pistonheads

Derek:
It's virtually impossible to tell, when I was driving the Fury, I refused to go out on my own in case something happened, so was two up the whole time. It was NOT the right weather for testing high speed etc. Obv Joe is running a higher BHP engine than my old car. All in, I would have to say that I would have been quicker in my old car than in Joe's, but the biggest reason for saying that would be that I wouldn't of cared if I'd crashed my car...
Also, I felt Joe's a was a tad light at the front end end, mine felt more planted (after all that extra work I'd done on mine) so I had a little more faith when "pushing on" in my old car - something that we are going to sort out on Joe's car with just a couple of tweaks and a second corner weight session, I am positive!!!
In summary (sound like I'm at work ), I would say that the Aero advantages gained by the Fury over a seven are negligible for most people, for the likes of yourself mate, it might make more of a difference because of your experience of Oulton/trackdays - you will prob get those extra few mph out of it. But, I feel that it's only a few mph that it's worth and setup/balance/handling are infinitely more important!

Jonny:
Thanks for the hint, Jubal above already let us know of this photo in the prev post on here;

I guessed you'd say as much. It looked pretty grim weather wise. I bet in the dry it would be more noticeable.
