how much front suspension droop
i have been remanufacuring my front suspension
how much droop should i allow for in my front shocklength?
i am thinking 1" to 1.5 "
does that sound about right ?

Hi
I dont quite understand what you mean by droop but you shold be looking to have the lower wishbone horizontal and the same with the steering rack to
minimize bump steer
what type of shocks are you using, do they have adjustable seat heights etc?
this might be worth a look

what i mean is how much shock travel should i have if i jack the car up before the shock bottoms out ?

Are you measuring the 1.5" at the botom ball joint from the horizontal?

Droop
About 1/3 of total shock travel seems to be OK
Beware of what you wish.. for it may come true....

Between 1/3 and 1/2 of the total damper travel. I generally try to get the damper in its mid-point when the car's static and loaded.
