how to convert degree minutes in MM?

hi
using my dunlop toe gauge, but can't remember how to convert degree minutes in MM.
i know i can use a round black disk that comes with the gauge, but can't remember how to use it too (i know, i know...)
help please!

oooh a fellow dunlop owner
set the arrow to desired "width" ie 13/14/17 inch rim and read off the other scale,1 deg = 5.5mm etc....simples

1degree toe in is roughly 3mm at the rim. It varies with rim diameter but not by a lot.
