ms2 extra cooling fan output
Quick question.... which output do I use to use to switch my cooling fan relay ....is it the fidle or Iac or something else? Ta

Depends how your Ms is wired up but neither the IAC nor the fidle are what you're looking for.

JS0, JS2, JS11, D14, D15, D16 and FIdle - but they could already be used.
You will also need to install a transistor circuit to switch the relay coil as the MS internals cannot handle the current

Which version of the MS board do you have?
A couple of options.

Even later boards can be equipped with the means to PulseWidthModulate the fan to give variable speed (overkill but geek cool!)

Google suggests you can use pin 30 fidle to control a relay to control the fan.

I think I have the v3 version I have only purchased it withinin the last 8 months or so.

You really need to map out all of the Is and Os you're going to use - there's no specific pin so it depends on everything else
you're running. If you're running idle control using FIdle you can't use that, if you're using spark out on D14 you
can't use that etc.

For ease of use, on the V3, use the fast idle (assuming you are not using idle control) as this is essentially a transitorised relay driver
already.
Advance>Output Port Settings
And select F.Idle
