FS: ZX10R Donor Package
After a change of plans for my Mac#1 ZX10R Worx engine, and buying a turbo ZX10R to use for the install, I have a full ZX10R donor package available
from the race bike that I had bought and stripped ready for my car build. I would like to sell the full package if possible as it would make a fellow
builder a great purchase and an easy one-stop-shop.
So here is what I can provide from the bike:
- 2006 ZX10R engine taken from a very well looked after and pampered race bike. Dyno setup and putting out a VERY healthy 192 bhp
- Throttle bodies
- 2006 ZX10R clocks reset so only reading 19 miles, ready for your new build
- Radiator and fan
- Coolant / radiator expansion bottle
- Wiring loom including lockset and immobiliser, ecu, reg/rec etc
- Power commander
- Fuel pump
PRICE: £1,750
I can also provide a couple of the other donor parts if needed too:
- Sierra uprights with new bearings
- Freelander driveshafts (needed for the CV joints)
Just as another interesting part for sale, I do have the original turbo and manifold from my turbo ZX10R bike for sale as I am going to install a
different actual turbo on mine, in which case I may as well (I want to) get new headers made for mine too. So the turbo system is up for sale. It is a
AET spec'd turbo especially designed for the power delivery of the ZX10R, capable of giving between 210 and 320 bhp with enough boost applied.
To install this you would obviously need to fit other items to your build like better fuel pump, external oil filter etc, and would also need to
internally upgrade your engine to be able to cope with the power, but this will be a lot cheaper than buying the system new.
PRICE: Upon request

Hope you don't mind me asking but your message implies you ran a remote oil filter on your turbo ZX10 bike? How did you do that? I currently
have a machined billet adapter to provide oil cooler take off but it retains the oil filter in the normal place and I'd like to relocate it so
it's easier to get to.
Not very Locost but very BEC

Looks like it is a custom made billet part from BigCC, the people who did the turbo conversion:

Fab, thanks very much, found it on BigCC's website
Good luck with your sale and apologies again for the hijack.
I presume you're upgrading to a newer engine?
