Not convinced you'd get enough current from that to spin over an engine for more than 1 rotation...

Latest radio control car batteries can supply a couple of hundred amps for their entire discharge. On a 5Ah battery, that is 90 seconds or so?
Granted that would be at 9 volts on the 11.1v battery.
Shame they weren't around when I was into RC cars as a teenager. All we seemed to do was charge NiCd batteries endlessly.

It seems awfully cheap for a 50C 7Ah 12v battery. Very flat too... If it's real I can see myself getting some of those for my flying wings to
make 6S 6Ah packs.
200g seems awfully light.
Not sure- seems too good to be true...
