What are you building / driving

The more I hang around here, the more it strikes me that although the site is called 'locostbuilders', it's probably questionable that many people are building a true 'book' locost. Nothing wrong with that - not a thing. But I would be curious as to how it all breaks down.

So have a go at the poll and let's see where we're all at.

A plus 4 Locost, A porsche 924, and a Vauxhall Zafira.

All at the same time.

BTW should I vote for "book" Locost as it's a +4 and therefore not quite as uncle Ron intended?

Cheers

Chris

1" taller sides and bike engine this time.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Built 2 by the book. I believe you're hard pushed to get a better proportioned car than this.

At this point in time I'm rebuilding an Omega engine (head gasket starting to leak and cam covers P*SS*NG out oil due to middle age spread) and contemplating getting on with luego Viento jekyl & hyde (it will start as 2.0i pinto, but my boss is the starter at Brayfield stock car track and knows who might be willing to donate an F1 V8 stock car lump a bit later for some beer tokens)

Book as far as the 'seat' bulkhead then my own IRS.
Well it's a challenge

Oh! and I agree, not enough scratch builders. Yes it can take longer but so far it's been a lot more 'Locost'

I voted 'Book Locost (minus the mistakes)' because car engine and live axle were big mistakes (P.S. please don't start the IRS/De dion etc. thread, it was a joke)
