Try his mobile
I think Darren is a bit snowed under at the moment, I phoned his mobile and left a message and got an email that night.

He didnt answer my mails recently. But he has always answered his mobile and been helpful as usual. He is very busy, it is after all the time of year
when all kit manufacturers are extremly busy.

I am dealing with Darren at the moment on something, no real problems apart from thinking I'd sent him an email that he hadn't replied to,
turned out my firewall software had blocked it going for some reason!
however, this aside I don't see how being 'busy' can continually be an excuse (mooted by others, not Darren) for lack of response or
poor customer service. As said if urgent the mobile seems to be the best way to get hold of him though..

I've been trying to avoid that as it is fairly expensive to call an UK mobile phone from Portugal ... but I guess I'll have to.

Could you send him a text, he can read it at a free moment and maybe reply at another??
Might be cheaper than trying to call him from afar!!

I agree with Ned, there's only so far you can take the "busy" excuse, if an email isnt replied to within a week then its pretty much
obsolete and not worth replying to in most cases. I was emailing Darren about the fuel tanks a couple of months ago and didnt get a reply to several
of them asking for additional measurement info to ensure it fitted where I wanted it to go in the car, so I ended up not bothering at all and used my
existing tank.
IMHO if a business is sufficiently busy that customer service is starting to fail due to lack of time to deal with the orders etc, if its a good
business model it should be bringing in sufficient revenue to take on more staff to cope with the demand.

GTS must be the only kit car company that are busy then because i got the impression at the recent Newark show that things were a bit slow with almost
all companies.

Well I got nearly all of my stuff (paid for) after 6 months!
And I“m sure the rest is lost in freight....
So I believe GTS is great to forget.....
