4Age 16v fuel pump
I have Jenvey throttle bodies just wondering what pump folks have used i.e. what pressure is needed. Been told 4 Bar - is that right ?.
Any advice gratefully received

Hi,I only have the standard single throttle body on mine, and used a Rover/Honda 1600 internal pump which works well.
Not sure on pressure but remember the volume is critical.
I'd look for a 2.0litre injection pump (to be on the safe side)and I dont think you would be far out.
Once I've finished a project why do I start another?

I used a regular Bosch external pump off a 2l Cavalier. The fuel pressure regulator on your fuel rail will handle any excess fuel by feeding it back
to the tank, and keep the fuel rail at a steady pressure which is what you need in order to map your ECU correctly.
Cheers,
Eddy
