I have a u2u message but cannot open it this has happened before any ideas

Do you already have the u2u box open at the bottom of your screen?
If so it wont open another.

Also if you have a pop up blocker it may be that.

Try holding ctrl or shift when clicking the U2U link.

i had one the other day, said i had a new one, i opened it, closed it, went back to open it again and it wasn't there! don't know what happened to it!
