i'm after a digital dash for my 919 blade engine. i really like the koso DB02 but from what i've read on here, people have trouble with the
rpm signal with koso units ?? i've also thought about the acewell 3250
anyone have any recomendations??

Only problem with acewell 3250 is it's a bit plain.
russbost is the best way to get acewell stuff as he does a discount for locostbuilders, he has a few new units available.

i know what you mean about the acewell being a bit dull and i got a good price off russ for one. its only going to be used for track use so i'm not too bothered what it looks like as long as it does the job. if the koso one will work reliably i'll go for one them
acewell does the job for me, I'm driving the thing not entering a beauty contest.

Sorry meant the rpm signal
We're using an ETB dash with our 919 engine, but the principle should be the same. We've simply taken our RPM feed from the little black
control box (forget the exact name right now!) as there is a dedicated wire for RPM.
I can tell you more when I get home tonight and have the wiring diagram/car in front of me if you want.
I have a koso and its great. RMP signal was poor as it was wrapped around a coil pack but now its simply tapped into the injector wire I think. Anyways, its a noce clear signal. or use the ECU feed if its not been chopped off
I've heard about some dash's that are a nightmare getting the rpm set up right so any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated. I'd like the etb dash but its abit too pricey for me
