I have been busy building up my cars ratio, as result of this I now have a 3.38 diff for sale.
It's not a standard UK sierra item, aparantly it is the south african spec so has a cast metal body.
Bolt mountings and pinion/output shafts are the same, here's some pictures so you can see for yourself. Also the splines are the same on the output shafts, these are held in by snap rings so it looks like you could use you normal lobro ends and discard the bolt on items fitted.

It does need new seals and one of the Crown wheel bolts is missing, its only like this as I recovered the CWP to fit in to my UK casing, but the pinions are different so I had to start again with another item.
It owes me £60, seals on Ebay are £18, the last UK one I saw sell managed £150 !
The weight penalty is 3kg more than a LSD UK diff, on my scales this was 28kg v 25kg.
I also have a 3.62 CWP, as I have now built a 3.14 into my LSD diff, this is free if anyone wants to collect.
I intend going to Lydden in two weeks if you want to collect then BTW
