Trailer up for grabs

My trailer is up for grabs. Home built, heavy duty 'A' frame manufactured by a friend, metal bed with ply runners added by myself. Transit hubs, wheels and as new tyres. Braking system will work if connected hydraulically, however I have had it working using mechanical linkage. Fits my Luego Velocity perfectly, as the rear is slightly wider that the front (standard Sierra axle width on the back of a Velocity). I built it so that it pivots naturally about the axle when loading, as you winch the car on it balances itself when the rear wheels get on the ramp. The balance means that you can lift the front of the trailer with one hand when the car is on, perfect 50/50 balance fore and aft of the axle when loaded...front arm (about 4 foot long to give stability when towing) off the 'A' frame hinges upwards for storage so the the overall length of the trailer is not much more than my Velocity, I could fit it in a single garage with the car on it (which is exactly what I intended when building it)

Only built it quickly to get my car to SVA 3 years ago, however it has done about 1000 miles in total since then.

Been outside for it's life, could do with a bit of TLC i.e. lick of paint, some loose rivets on mudguards etc.

Comes with trailer board. And a winch.

Tows very well.

However it's certainly not a Brian Williams type of quality but very serviceable.

Not used it for about 20 months, and is just taking up space on my driveway which annoys SWMBO...which means I am after somebody taking it away...not looking for money but will accept some tins of Strongbow

Would advise having a look if interested, I will get some pics posted ASAP.

Pick up only....located in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, just a couple of miles off the end of the M55.

Cheers, Rich.
