It's a Kemppi Migger i.e. one of the top makes, not cheap chinese rubbish. The college that I went to for my Mig course used mainly Kemppi gears which speaks volumes for the quality of the kit.
As you can see from the pics, it's in pretty good condition & comes with a 5kg reel of wire, torch & regulator. There's also a reel of halfords stainless which needs adapting to fit the spool. It also comes with a bottle trolley (not shown). No gas bottle included.
