These are currently PRE-ORDER. Depending on how well they sell I'll place the order some time before the end of November. If I get enough
orders I'd like to do it earlier of course.
The price is currently the same as the last batch 18 months ago. However once I've placed the order I will be putting the price up to cover my
risk of buying more stock than has been ordered ie just in case I get left with any.
Absolute worst case scenario I guarantee to have them with you by Christmas.

really practical unless I get 150 printed.
'Racing' green with yellow print sound ok to everyone?
Price for a decent quality mug is going to be £5-6 by the look of things by the time I buy suitable packaging and cover the postage.

Mugs now available in the shop. Sorry my price estimate was a bit on the low side - it's all down to postage (weight) and suitable packaging to

Minimum is 75 I think, and I'll just about break even on that. I was hoping for 150 to get to the next price break and generate a few quid for

A day late but a t-shirt and a mug ordered :-D
I'd forgotten I'd done it but had ordered a T-shirt (same as last one - green with yellow) and a mug!
Will I forget about them again before the postie arrives?!
I'm afraid to report that we're nowhere near the numbers needed to get a t-shirt order done. Even if I was to take a risk and order double
the number sold the minimum quantities are still a fair way off.
The mugs are a bit closer, I would take a risk on the minimum quantity of those and hope that with a decent photo some more would sell. I'm
going to phone the company producing them today and see what they say about a low-value order.
So where does this leave us? I think my only option at present is to refund all the t-shirt orders. It's a regrettable situation but I'm
just not in a position to take that kind of risk at the moment.
Of course, if anyone has any bright ideas about how to double the number of orders in the next 24 hours (to meet the Christmas deadline) I'm all
ears!

Chris, personally I'm happy with you refunding, for all of it if necessary, wouldn't want you to be fronting your own money just so i can have a mug... No bright idea on upping orders though, sorry!

What about upping the price? Or submit the design to a certain online bespoke t-shirt maker and seller where you earn £1 for every t-shirt sold, no
initial layout but money coming in for the club when members purchase the items (they also do mugs).
So what's the general consensus on this? Do people want refunds or would you prefer to wait and see if we get any more orders in the new
year?

Any updates here? T shirt, mug (via the Mrs) and sticker ordered and paid for in November.. Visibility of how far away we are would be helpful..
If we need to secure orders for another 50 shirts, then I'd be hopeful a big push does the job.. If its 5000, then people may obviously take a
different approach.
I know you dont do this for profit, so please dont think that this is to give you a hard time, but communication with the folks is always going to be
helpful

My offer is still there to print the shirts and ship them out to save Chris the hassle of dealing with orders. If there was no copyright restriction i'd be tempted to do them and give all the profits to a cancer charity.

Quite new here, can anyone explain why the t-shirts on eBay aren't good enough. They are fruit of the loom shirts, selection of aprox 10 colours,

I agree Duncan, that to me is not at all bad form... What maybe considered bad form is having your company website in your Avatar, and not being a registered trader... Personally, it doesn't bother me, but I can see why it might bother others...

I think what's needed is an answer to the question of where are the refunds or where are the t-shirts.
rather than picking up the fact that some one isn't a registered trader. No mention of that before, now the guy offers to help and gets shot

Sorry I've been a bit slow to jump on this. Ben did indeed give me a heads-up on it a few days ago and I've been snowed under with other
stuff. I could do the whole 'LB is a hobby...' thing again but you've all heard it before.
Bit upset at the attitude of a few of you saying this is some kind of scam. I can tell you, if it was, it would be the worst scam ever in terms of
making money and I'd have given up long ago! If you really think I'd spend 12 years running this site out of my own pocket to run off with
a few hundred quid of people's money you are very much mistaken.
(By the way, thanks to all those that have defended me during this!)
This whole thing is complicated because there are two items here that are on back order. I thought I'd made it clear that this was pre-order and
that minimum numbers were needed, perhaps the orders were long enough ago that people have forgotten. You will see that I have asked several times in
the past how people wanted to deal with the lack of orders which has actually made the situation even more complicated because some people wanted to
wait, others asked to cancel, others gave dates when they wanted to cancel if the numbers hadn't been reached. Some of those messages are posts,
some are u2u's, some are emails. All in all, it would be an absolute nightmare to get to the bottom of who wants what, who doesn't, etc.
If I'm brutally honest, I simply don't have the time at the moment to figure it all out.
The other issue is that last time I did a run of t-shirts I subsidised the order to make up the minimums and then sold the remainder over the next 12
months. When I first started taking orders for this round I had intended to do that again, but unfortunately I was made redundant since then and
suddenly spending a load of money on merchandise that may take a year to sell isn't high on the priority list. Also remember that I had to lay
out a grand on a new server in Feb after the old one was stolen by my former employer (remember that downtime we had?) and since then don't have
access to reduced-price hosting which means I'm having to dig even deeper each month now than before. I realise these issues aren't your
problem as members, just keep in mind what I was saying above about this being the worst scam ever!
Under the circumstances, I think the best thing to do here is refund everyone. That includes the people who have said they want to wait. I'm
sorry, but I simply don't have the time to work it all out. Then, if people want to re-order stickers - which I do have in stock, all apart from
silver - they can do that. It's going to be too difficult to partial refund people and obviously people paid one postage cost so may not want a
sticker if they don't have a mug/tshirt/whatever. As you've probably guessed, this is all about sorting out the mess as simply as
possible.
In the mean time I would appreciate it if you don't issue requests to pay, disputes, etc. This is just going to make things more complicated.
My plan is to run a search for the shopping cart ID's then run through and refund each one. The advantage to doing it this way is also that the
transaction fees get refunded which is better for us all.
Please bear with me whilst I get this all dealt with and accept my apologies for not dealing with it more promptly. I need a couple of days to get
some credit into the Paypal account and I will then start working my way through the list.

These will be done over the long weekend. Unfortunately most are over the 60-day limit which means I can't refund as such, I have to make a

I can create the stickers for you and list them on Ebay to save the agg and I can also create the logo for tshirts that you iron on, that way people
can buy there own tshirt then iron it on themselves.. however that will require some savvy upstairs to do that but it seems if you can build a car and
pass the IVA then ironing on a graphic to a tshirt should be a piece of p*ss..
