Removed from my newly purchased Super Cat to make way for Mazda power. This is totally complete and I believe everything required is here to go straight into a similar kit.
The engine was built less than 2500 miles ago by Maynard LTD (invoice included) and features:
- Ported and polished cylinder head
- Newman Rally/Sprint Cam
- Newman Adjustable Cam Pulley
- Twin 40 Webers
- Westfield DCOE Inlet Manifold
- Magnecor leads and Bosch coil
- Various new gaskets, internal components etc. etc.
- Lightweight steel flywheel
- Heavy Duty uprated single plate clutch.
Also included with the engine is:
- Alternator with mount
- Stainless steel exhaust manifold pipes (to suit Tiger and similar) which are heat wrapped, collector not included I'm afraid.
- Piper X Air Filters
- Weber throttle linkage
- Two engine mounts
- Various minor plumbing/install bits which have not been removed
- QH Starter Motor.
The engine and associated components are extremely clean and ready to go straight into use and included are approx £2200 of invoices for components fitted to the engine/build of the engine.
I drove the car 170 miles with this engine and it was perfect with good oil pressure and no overheating.
