Hi,
I've just swapped from winter wheels to summer wheels on my BMW 535d and decided to make the switch from Run Flats to conventional rubber as I
needed to replace two of the tyres anyway and didn't want to mix RFT with non-RFT even on different axles.
So, I have two very good 245/40R18 93Y Goodyear Eagle NCT 5 tyres for sale with over 6.5mm of tread across all the main grooves (7mm in some areas). I
measured with a digital vernier gauge so should be pretty accurate. They were removed by a reputable tyre fitter and the beads and sidewalls are
undamaged. They have never had any puncture repairs either and look to be in good shape ready to refit. They were holding pressure without any leaks
since I got the car back in August last year.
The cheapest I could find these online was around £160 per tyre so £320 for the pair. I'll be happy to accept £180 for the pair plus any postage.
I've not advertised on ebay yet but will do so if there isn't any interest here.
I commute between Kilmarnock and Stirling 3 days a week so can meet up along that route no problem for a cash deal. Alternatively I can price up
delivery costs but would require cleared funds before dispatch. I want to sell these as a pair so not prepared to split.
I've also got a 4.5 to 5mm treaded Bridgestone Potenza RFT of the same size which has some slight bead lip damage due to removal which I'll
throw in for free (collection only). The tyre fitter said it should be fine as long as it holds air (still plenty of the bead seal intact) and might
be useful as a spare.

Thanks,
Craig.

Good luck. I did the same on my bmw. Rears wore out fronts were like new so changed all for non run flat. EBay is flooded with nearly new bmw front runflats I struggled to get £100 for the pair.
Yeah I had a look on ebay and they seemed to be going for between 220 and 275 for a pair with the tread depth of mine. There are plenty of cheaper
ones with less tread right enough but when you factor in the cost of fitting, I don't see the point in buying anything less than 5 or 6mm of
tread.
Anyway, if anyone wants to make a sensible offer then please PM me. These tyres came from the front and didn't do many miles before I put the
winter wheels on in October.
Thanks for the feedback.
Edit: Sorry, I corrected the price to £180. I had it at £200 to allow for postage which I expect to be around £20 but forgot to change the price when
I made the postage optional. I have also added that I will throw in another tyre for free. It's got very slight damage to the lip of the bead
from removal and is only 4.5 to 5mm of tread so I don't want to sell it. Tyre fitter said it should be fine though as half the seal width is
still intact.

Reducing price to £150 for the pair plus postage otherwise I'll just keep as spares.
Now sold.
