FS: Sierra Push-in drive Shafts
tims31 - 25/3/15 at 11:17 PM

I have available two reconditioned and unused Sierra push-in drive shafts that I have no need for.

These were originally made for me from the ones I removed from my donor Sierra by Fury sportscars , cut down and sleeved but to the wrong length for my use. They have been fully reconditioned at both ends with new boots etc.

If you need exact measurements just let me know what you need.

I may be interested but the wrong length puts me off as they are going on a striker, the same wheel base as a fury.

What price are you thinking?

How were they Reinforced? I have been snapping mine and they have been sleevedin a basic way.

Not quite sure how they have been done but they were done by Fury Sportscars. it looks as though they have been cut in the middle with a close tolerance sleeve put over the top and then welded around the tops of each sleeve. Can be seen in the first image

As for the length, the diff in the Fury sits slightly offset at the rear of the car not completely central. The driveshafts are different lengths as required but one is just not quite long enough for my use by about 15mm if I remeber correctly.

One is 534mm long from the can step to the other can step and the other is 542mm can step to can step.

I'll post an image soon of what I mean.
