Here is a quick heads up as we will be selling the Avon very soon.

It is for sale as we wanted a car for a BEC project, fully caged for track use, so have bought an ex 750mc Locost.

Anyway will get the advert up properly at the weekend.

In the meantime a few brief details;

Tiger Avon, powered by Vauxhall 2l Redtop, on standard ecu / injectors.

Ford Type 9 5 speed box.

Car runs and drives superbly.

Very nice clean car in yellow, has all lights, with new LEDs on rear for IVA test, but till now has not been used on the road.

I can't believe this hasn't been snapped up by someone - my build is too far advanced to change to this one now - I wish I'd seen it a year ago before I started :-)

Have driven it this morning (on private ground of course), for the first time in ages.

It really pulls very well, we just put a new MAF sensor on it, could be a help.

Anyway it is quite happy to spin up the fat (225) R888s on it!

A few more details, the rad and water pump are almost new, put on by the previous owner, and only 1 trackday by us since.

Will be going on ebay very soon, we are paying rent on 2 garages at the moment so keen to sell, so will post a link here.
